SIPANine is the collected blog of students in the 2009 Tubes, Code and Content: Creating Media in our Digital Age course offered at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Part lab, part playground, part destination, students will use this space to explore how Internet and mobile communications are being used by NGO’s, non-profits, governmental agencies and activists around the globe.
