As the dust settles on the Copenhagen Summit, it has become increasingly clear that we are witnessing the birth of a new form of advocacy, where digital tools are enabling citizens organisations to act collectively across borders, respond rapidly and empower their supporters to take the lead in delivering content where its needed.
